OP Leadership Development Program
UCOP conducts an annual leadership program that includes interactions with OP's top leaders, 360 assessments, coaching, case studies and a group project. The program is designed to accelerate the development of individual leadership abilities and to create a pipeline of future UC leaders.

UCOP - CORO Leadership Collaboration
This collaborative program between the Office of the President and Coro Center for Civic Leadership is designed to further develop the leadership and professional skills of selected UCOP leaders. This twelve day interactive program includes practicums, home teams, and leadership stye assessments.

These are exciting opportunities for individuals to grow their career and leadership skills at the Office of the President to prepare them for larger roles here and across the University.
