The Office of the President offers many family-friendly benefits such as generous vacation leaves, time off to care for sick family members, and flexible work schedules that make it easier to meet the many pressing family responsibilities of our employees.
Alternate Work Schedules
Alternate work schedules allow employees the flexibility to schedule their work hours so that they can better meet family responsibilities and/or attend to personal needs. Based on the operational needs of the employee's department, employees in the Office of the President may be permitted by their departments to work on an alternate work schedule. Lactation Program for New Mothers
Returning to work after a having new baby can be difficult, especially for women who choose to breastfeed. UCOP provides the worksite assistance you need for you and your baby to remain happy and healthy.
