Employee Assistance Program Some problems are hard to leave at home, others arise on the job. Both of these can start to affect your health, performance and relations with others. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides services for members of the UC Office of the President community and their dependents who are experiencing any of a wide range of problems which may affect their personal lives and/or professional careers. The service offers short-term counseling for the purposes of problem assessment, development of a plan for resolution, and referral to other resources, if appropriate.
