list of responsibilities most of us carry. We offer information and resources
that we hope can help you move toward a healthier lifestyle!
Chair Massage
The chair massage is a fifteen minute massage by a Certified Massage
Therapist which is designed to manage your stress, relieve pain, prevent
injury, or just relax and refresh. We are now offering this service in
both the Franklin and Kaiser Buildings.

When: Every Wednesday, 10 am - 4 pm

Ergonomics
If you have an ergonomic problem:
First, print out and review the Self Assessment Chart and make any necessary changes you can make yourself.
Second, if you still have a concern, contact your MSO who in turn
will involve the OP Ergonomic Specialist, Roger
Howland, 510-987-0893, to advise you and the department.

Make an appointment with Jude Sharp to
