The Certificate in Administrative Support Excellence (C.A.S.E.) focuses on core administrative support competencies and skills needed to excel in current positions and to step into expanded support roles. The certificate program is designed for Assistants I - III, with other staff welcome to participate in any courses determined to enhance their job performance.
