UCSF Medical Group Change

The UCSF Medical Group is establishing a new relationship with Hill Physicians, effective January 1, 2010.  If you are an HMO member and have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) affiliated with the Brown and Toland Medical Group, this change may affect you.
