Marsha Sato will act as the Interim Deputy Assistant Vice President for Facilities Administration

Subsequent to the celebration of Steve Mathew's retirement from his roles of Deputy Assistant Vice President and Director of Office of Loan Programs, I am pleased to announce that effective immediately, Marsha Sato will act as the Interim Deputy Assistant Vice President for Facilities Administration.

Marsha joined UCOP in 1983 working in Corporate Accounting and officially joined Facilities Administration in 1989 working for the Faculty Housing Program. In 1999 Marsha joined the Immediate Office for the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Administration as the Coordinator for Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis.

In her many roles within FA, Marsha has been key to the success of the department's missions and goals. Her analytical and leadership skills have been essential to the daily operations, as well as to major projects to which she has been a key player.
